Advertiser Terms
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These terms apply when a business, organisation or individual uses Perth Leaflet Distribution to arrange advertising.
1. Advertising options
The marketplace may enable Advertisers to arrange:
- letterbox distribution;
- hand-to-hand distribution;
- brochure and flyer displays;
- noticeboard advertising;
- counter displays;
- reception displays;
- table cards;
- window advertising;
- digital-screen advertising;
- design and printing; and
- combinations of these services.
2. Accurate campaign information
Advertisers must provide accurate information concerning:
- quantities;
- dimensions and format;
- target suburbs or areas;
- requested dates;
- campaign duration;
- delivery requirements; and
- any special instructions.
Changes after a booking is accepted may result in additional charges or require the booking to be rescheduled.
3. Advertising content
The Advertiser warrants that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use material supplied for a campaign.
The Advertiser is responsible for claims appearing in its advertising.
Perth Leaflet Distribution, a Distributor or a Host may reject advertising that is unlawful or materially inconsistent with the agreed booking.
4. Letterbox distribution
Letterbox distribution is subject to practical circumstances including property access, safety, weather and lawful restrictions on distribution.
Advertisers acknowledge that absolute 100% coverage of every address within an area may not be practically achievable.
Distributors must respect signs or other lawful restrictions indicating that advertising material is not wanted.
Material must not be left where doing so is unsafe, unlawful or likely to create litter.
5. Display advertising
Display bookings relate to the particular space, format and period agreed with the Host.
Unless expressly included, a booking does not give an Advertiser exclusivity over an entire venue or prevent advertising by other businesses.
6. Digital displays
Where a booking involves a television, monitor or other digital display, the Advertiser must supply content in an agreed technical format.
Display frequency, rotation, duration and positioning should be specified in the booking.
Minor differences caused by screen dimensions, brightness or playback equipment do not by themselves constitute failure to provide the booked service.
7. Advertising results
Advertising exposure does not guarantee commercial results.
No representation about expected leads, sales or responses should be treated as a guarantee unless expressly identified as such in writing.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are handled under the Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes Policy.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Advertiser Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
